In order to thank the Supu family for their hard work, relieve work pressure, enhance team cohesion and centripetal force, and show the positive spirit of the team. From July 15th to 16th, we held an outdoor team building activity with the theme of "Unity and Forge ahead, Pursuit of Excellence, Pioneering and Innovation, Always Leading".

Participating in this event were 50 family members of the technology center team. We use group activities to enhance teamwork and communication skills. Each group has a clear goal and task, which needs to be accomplished through collaboration and division of labor.

The activities on the first day started with ice-breaking games. Through a series of interesting interactive games, everyone quickly broke the strangeness and established a tacit understanding and trust. Next, everyone formed a team, awarded the military flag, and carried out a 13KM hiking project. During the hike, everyone encouraged and supported each other, which not only exercised the body, but also enhanced the team cohesion. During the dinner, each group also had a personal sharing, which allowed everyone to understand each other more deeply and enhanced the relationship between team members.

The activities on the second day were even more exciting. The first is the five-nation war game. By simulating the war scenarios of five countries, team members can learn to cooperate in competition and cultivate teamwork spirit. This was followed by the extremely fast 60-second picture guessing game, which required guessing the numbers in a specified number of pictures in the shortest possible time, which tested the observation and reaction abilities of the team members. Finally, there is the dryland curling game. By simulating the real curling competition scene, the team members can experience the fun of competition in the game, and at the same time learn the importance of teamwork and strategic planning.

The successful conclusion of this team building activity is inseparable from the active participation and dedication of every team member.
