Increase Efficiency and Energy Saving, Green Leadership

Low carbon and digitalization are the important themes of this year's Industrial Technology Expo. According to Ma Xiaoxuan, "enterprise digital transformation focuses on the integration and optimization of operational processes." To this end, Supu has created a new end-to-end product development process to improve product delivery quality and time, and introduced the concept of lean production in the factory to improve production efficiency and capacity.

In terms of energy saving, Supu carried out a number of energy-saving projects throughout the year, implementing energy-saving and low-carbon offices and workshops. Supu's new office building and factory built a roof photovoltaic system. At present, the whole set of photovoltaic system has a daily average power generation capacity of 2,500kWh, which meets most of the power needs of the office and factory. In addition, Supu has improved the packaging materials of its products, adopted recyclable materials, simplified and optimized the packaging methods, etc., so as to achieve the goal of energy saving and carbon reduction.
